Purpose:
The purpose of the Faculty International Leaders group is to provide a systematic opportunity for a frank exchange with Faculty academic international leaders. This group is currently not represented on IPSC or QUTIOCC and we need to ensure they are not out of the University loop on international initiatives. The FIL provides an opportunity for information sharing and a sounding board for policy initiatives before they are discussed at IPSC or QUITOCC.
The main items for discussion in 2006 include the faculties international marketing plans, strategic partnerships, international recruitment strategies, transnational at QUT, international recognition and rankings; articulation arrangements and international accreditation
